I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and the view from my window was breathtaking, with beautiful mountains surrounding the area. I can’t wait to wake up to the sunrise each morning – it truly makes for a great start to the day! The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always ready to assist in any way possible. Their hospitality really made my stay memorable, and I greatly appreciate their efforts. I’ve decided to extend my stay here, as this place has exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be returning soon – it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed! ~ sagar g

My two stays at the Hotel mirage were completely positive! The location in battisputali is perfect – central but still quiet. The staff is extremely accommodating and gave me a warm welcome twice. I even got a free room upgrade on my first stay and a free airport shuttle service after my trek - great service! The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing before or after a trek. The breakfast was always tasty with a small but good selection, and the free luggage storage during the trek was super convenient. Overall, a great hotel with very good service – absolute recommendation! ~ Seema C

This hotel has such beautiful and positive vibe, all the staffs are very friendly, they have the best food; we ordered alot of variety and everything was upto the mark. The rooms are quite spacious and well maintained. The fact that this hotel has everything you need is a plus point. It has 2 restaurants, a proper family restaurant and a roof top lounge both with live music, one doesn't have to go out. I was also impressed by the massage in the spa, It really rejuvenated me. Excellent hospitality and service. Great rooms. Good food too. Overall a nice place to stay. I stayed here for 3 nights. A special mention to sunita at the front desk reception. She supported all my queries and also went extra mile to help me on my taxi bookings which are not part of their daily roles. Thanks for all the support! Also. He took care of my bike which was parked in a safe space as suggested by him. Overall a great stay experience of home away from home! ~ Ram B

nice place to stay in Kathmandu...they have seperate veg n non veg restaurant with nice recipe. similarly their sanitation n services are also fine...the holtel is centralally located for either ritual visit of kathamandu i.e Lord Pashupati Nath or your official or executive stay...Yes Pashupati Nath temple is on your morning walk distance from here.and yeas from evening to night you can enjoy your food with live smooth gajal performances till your dinner with even liquor...wow... ~ Hemanta A

An experience you'll remember for years! Nepalese people are one of the most friendly and helpful people. Excellent customer service provided by the hotel staffs and hotel atmosphere was awesome. Breakfast was good with a variety of delicious food served at the hotel restaurant and the restaurant staffs are pleasant and ever willing to serve you. We had some problem with our online booking but the staff handled it gracefully. Rooms are nice as of 3 star standards. Bathroom was clean but shower area was extremely small. We also had lunch at its restaurant "Coriander" which was delicious. (Paneer Makhani and Dal). They also have 24 hour menu so you can order snacks even late at night. I would have given 4 stars, but One extra star for their cooperative and extra helpful staff. Cheers! ~ Saurabh G

good hotel. I liked my stay here. Reception and service request fulfilment time is one of the quickest I've ever seen. Rooms are very good. Restaurant is good, but maybe they can add some non-oily / boiled / healthy food options in buffet as well. But I can understand that they need to please the masses. Very awesome hotel, friendly staff. One of the best restaurants (they have 2 restautants within the Hotel) you could find in Kathmandu within the Hotel. Walkable distance from Pashupatinath temple.
